As a Christian coach, you know the relationship your client has with God is the most important relationship. as we are taught in scripture, Matthew 22:36-40, (NIV). God’s Greatest Commandment is about our relationship with Him, ourselves and others.
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.” This scripture teaches us to first love God and seek an intimate relationship with Him, and love Him completely. And, then He teaches us to love ourselves correctly so we can then love others compassionately. As you work with your clients in business, career, finances, family, friends, health, wellness and other areas, you will find that everything we do really revolves around relationships.
